Hints
Hint 1: where to look
Begin in the top-left, with Blue's corner dot and Green's dot just below it.
Hint 2: the first idea
Blue can only step right and then down to reach its partner. Green's dot then has only one open side and runs down the left edge to row 5.
Hint 3: the key step
Once Pink fills the bottom row, Gray and Purple close in on the right. Brown is left to climb the right edge from its bottom dot, cross the top-right corner and come down column 5 toward its dot at row 4, column 4.
Techniques used: Forced moves.
Step-by-step walkthrough
Every step below follows from the rules alone, with no guessing. Try the puzzle first and use the walkthrough when you get stuck.
Step 1 of 4
Several dots in the top-left have only one open side. Blue steps right and down to join its partner at row 3, column 2. Orange's top dot steps right, Green runs down the left edge and turns right into row 5, column 2, and Red's dot at row 4, column 2 steps right.
Step 2 of 4
Pink's left dot drops into the bottom-left corner and runs right along row 7 to its partner. Green now sits right above its lower dot and connects. Purple's lower dot climbs into row 5 and runs right two cells, and Red steps up into row 3, column 3 to join its top dot.
Step 3 of 4
The right side starts to close. Brown's dot at row 4, column 4 steps right, and its dot at row 6, column 7 climbs two cells up the right edge. Gray links its two dots through row 6 and the cell at row 7, column 6. Purple moves one more cell right along row 5.
Step 4 of 4
Purple climbs column 6 to sit below its top dot, and the two ends join. Brown finishes the long way, running up column 5 from one end and up the right edge from the other until they meet across the top-right corner. Orange drops into row 2, column 4 and joins its dot below.
