How to reach Flow Puzzle Solver by email, report a bug on GitHub, or send a correction to a lesson or puzzle.
Write to contact@flowpuzzlesolver.net for questions about the site, privacy or advertising, or anything you'd rather not post in public.
Bug reports
Problems with the solver can also go to the project's issue tracker on GitHub. Issues there are public, so leave out your name, email address and anything else personal, and check any image before you attach it.
A useful report says what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The solver can collect the technical details for you. Open the More options menu (the ⋮ button) and choose Report a problem, describe what went wrong, then press Preview report to see exactly what the report contains. It includes the board as entered, the stage where things went wrong and the outcome. A resized copy of the image is left out unless you switch it on, and device and location details are removed from it. Nothing is sent. You can download the report and attach it to an issue or an email, or save it in your browser for later.
If the trouble is a misread board, Fixing detection mistakes may get you going faster.
Corrections
If a lesson claims something that isn't true, a diagram has a wrong coordinate, or a walkthrough step doesn't follow, please say so by email or in a GitHub issue. Name the page and the board or step so the claim can be checked against the solver and fixed.
